Here we have Jocelyn Benford and her daughter Emily. I'm a bit behind schedule and today they were the second family I visited. Coincidentally Ciara from family 27 and Emily here are both part of a project I have been wanting to work on for a while now. It's a document about kids in their rooms and five years ago I photographed Ciara for it, today Emily was the second. These girls have given me a lot of confidence to keep going.
Jocelyn is a teacher at 261 and we were so lucky to have her as Errolyn's kindergarten teacher.
