I've known Rosette Beau since Errolyn started pre-k at PS 261. We are both in the PTA. I've only been in the PTA for the past five years but Rose has six kids and has been in the PTA forever. All we knew about each other is that we like to laugh. I asked her if I could come over and photograph her family. She was thrilled at the idea especially since her youngest needed a family photograph for school. "Great! let's do it!" We exchanged details and I started looking forward to the day. Today at the shoot we learned a little bit more about each other. She found out I am a professional photographer and I discovered that of her six children five are adopted siblings. They are an amazing family and I hope to get to know them better.
