52 Families #4

This week I was at the Godsil Freeman abode for my 4th portrait. They are Brooklyn neighbors and our daughters go to school together.  Rachel and I have breakfast nearly every morning at One Girl Cookie where we discuss the trials of parenthood and the plots of our favorite TV dramas.  Their eldest daughter  is in middle school now and I am grateful to have  Rachel  to go to for advice regarding many school related things to surely come our way.   Jim is an amazing gardener and orchid expert.  I was lucky to go home with a clipping from an orchid that Jim said is sure to be easy to care for.  I'll have to photograph the process of that and let you know.
